HIGHLIGHT: YAHSHUA THE MESSIAH
We believe that Yahshua of Nazareth is the Son of Yahweh. He was conceived of the Holy Spirit in the womb of the virgin Miriam, became flesh and dwelt among us (Mat. 1:18-25; Luke 1:34-35; John 1:14).
Before His human birth, He existed eternally as Elohim (John 1:1-2; 1 John 1:1-2). The Father created all things by and through Him (John 1:3, 10; Col. 1:16).
He is the Messiah (the Anointed One) sent from the Father to be our Savior and Redeemer (John 1:29; 3:15-17; Acts 4:12).
Yahshua’s disciples asked Him if He were going to restore the kingdom to Israel in their day, but He told them to go and bear witness of Him. It was not for them to know the times or seasons which the Father had in His own power (Acts 1:6-7).
OUTREACH
THE KINGDOM OF HEAVEN
This world, this day and this age is not nor can it be the kingdom age. Yahshua told Pilate that his kingdom was not of this world (cosmos, age). If it were, then His servants would fight in order that He might not be delivered to the Jews and to death (John 18:36).
It is our responsibility to advise the world that the kingdom of heaven will soon be instituted on earth under the hand of Yahshua the Messiah. In the meantime, we are to be subject to the powers that be as long as their rules and regulations do not come in conflict with Yahweh’s word.
When the kingdom does come in its power, the ruling authorities of today’s world will be overthrown and the new rulers will be the Messiah and those who are His at His coming.(1 Thess 4:14-17)
